              Event Description:

              The Healthy Body Healthy Mind Expo seeks to recharge and restore physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in our community.  Exhibiting at, or sponsoring, the 2021 Healthy Body Healthy Mind Expo presents a unique opportunity to connect with residents seeking guidance on their way to achieving their health and wellness goal.  

              We are looking for businesses and organizations that offer services that fall within these Components of Health:

              nutritional
              fitness
              spiritual/behavioral
              medical
              environmental
              financial
              alternative medicine
              family

              Exhibitors must meet health and wellness criteria. We reserve the right to deny any exhibitor that does not meet the purpose of the event. Healthy Body Healthy Mind Expo is open to Members in good standing of the Orion Area Chamber of Commerce.  Non-Members must join the Orion Area Chamber of Commerce in order to participate in the expo.

              Presenting Sponsor (Industry Exclusive) $1500 includes:

              • Oversized booth space with premium table location including electricity
              • Full page ad in program distributed to approximately 500 attendees
              • 5 minutes interview on ONTV (Orion Neighborhood Television) for "Health Tips"
              • Business logo on all print and digital marketing materials
              • 3 branded social media posts leading up to event, dated decided by Chamber
              • Logo and link to business website on Healthy Body, Healthy Mind event page
              • Ability to display up to two cars at event

               

              Gold Sponsor $500 includes:

              • Exhibitor booth at Expo with prime table location including electricity
              • 1/4 page ad in program distributed to approximately 500 attendees
              • Business logo on all print and digital marketing materials
              • 2 branded social media posts leading up the event, dates decided by Chamber

              Silver Sponsor $250 includes:

              • Exhibitor booth at Expo including electricity
